Our items are mostly shipped from Finland, but we also keep and ship best-selling items in Amazon Germany warehouse for faster delivery to you.
After package is handed to courier (DHL, GLS and Others) you will get an SMS/Email with all the delivery options and you can choose which one works best for you. Your items will be delivered to your door or to a pick up point depending on your preferences.

Customs & Import Duties
Keep in mind that if your country is not part of EU, your order may be subject to import duties, custom tariffs or VAT charges. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be.
We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. And last but not least, please let us know if your order is taking too long to arrive; we will be more than happy to replace orders that have not arrived in 4 weeks for Europe or 8 weeks for the rest of the world.
